Property Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Promote the Negotiate with Key Accounts for the realization of product sales so as to achieve planned turnover and increase it continuously
• Manage the communication with customers
• Product marketing, planning, management and promotion
• Proactively explore opportunities to build the business
• Monitor the smooth functioning of the logistics activities for customers
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
• Report to the Sales Manager on Key customer issues and sales activities
• Ensure an up-to-date and accurate understanding of the business activities

Requirements:
• College or University degree in Business, Management, Marketing or Sales
• Previous experience in marketing and/or sales
• Proven experience managing major accounts customers 
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Customer orientation and extensive knowledge of sales techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and results-oriented
• Project and People Management skills
